KISS Westchester Sarcoidosis Walk 'n' Roll

Registration/Check-In: 9:30am
Opening Ceremony: 10:00am
Walk Begins: 10:15am
Raffles: 11:30am
Closing Ceremony: 11:45am
Join us on Sunday, April 8th, as we Kick In to Stop Sarcoidosis (KISS). Walk, run, or roll around the track at Mamaroneck High School for one symbolic lap, or go round and round again for miles if you're willing and able! All registered participants will receive a t-shirt and other SWAG. All proceeds will be donated to the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research.
Why "Walk 'n' Roll"?
For years, I participated in walkathons (and even ran a little) to support people with cancer, MS, diabetes, arthritis, and most recently, sarcoidosis. As my illness progressed, walking that much became painful, then more difficult, then downright impossible. I shifted to volunteering at the events instead, but missed being able to literally "go the distance" with the rest of my team. I've since bought a mobility scooter, so now I'm able to keep up at events like this. So whether you can walk or run it on your own, or you'll go the distance with the support of a rollator, wheelchair, or scooter, this Walk 'n' Roll is for you!

Registrations submitted after March 19th, 2018 are subject to experiencing a delay in receiving t-shirts and may not receive a shirt in time for the walk date. Orders placed by March 19th, 2018 will be guaranteed to receive their t-shirt in time for the walk on April 8th, 2018.
