🌿 2025 FSR Gratitude Challenge
This November, celebrate gratitude with the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research (FSR) by joining the Gratitude Challenge! Let’s turn thankfulness into giving — because when we give thanks, we give hope.
đź’ś How It Works
1. Identify 5 Things You’re Grateful For
Reflect on the people, experiences, or simple joys that make you smile.
- Download or print your Gratitude Tree here.
- Write your five “gratitudes” on the branches.
2. Pledge Your Gratitude
- Donate $10 for each gratitude ($50 total) to give back for all the good in your life.
- Or invite friends and family to sponsor your Gratitude Tree by donating $50 to your Gratitude & Giving fundraising page.
3. Share Your Gratitude
- Post your Gratitude Tree on social media and tag @stopsarcoidosis using #GratitudeAndGiving and #Sarcoidosis.
- Challenge 5 friends to complete their own Gratitude Tree and keep the gratitude growing!

🌻 Ways to Spread Gratitude
- Invite 5 Friends: Ask them to create their own Gratitude Tree and pledge $10 for each gratitude.
- Host a Gratitude & Giving Rally: Gather 10 friends to kick-start your fundraising with a $10 gift each.
- 5 Days of Gratitude: Post something you’re grateful for each day on social media and invite your network to join.
- 25 Days of Gratitude: Keep a gratitude journal all month — donate $2 for each daily gratitude and encourage others to do the same.
- Get Creative:
- Share your top 5 song lyrics, quotes, or dance moves that bring you joy — and donate $10 for each!
- Plant 5 trees or flowers and pledge $10 for each to honor the beauty in your life.
đź’¬ Why It Matters
Every act of gratitude fuels sarcoidosis research, patient support, and advocacy — helping FSR bring more hope, awareness, and breakthroughs to those affected.
Together, let’s grow gratitude, one branch at a time. 🌳
