Gratitude Tree
Research has shown that identifying things you are grateful for and writing them down can lead to feeling more positive and help your overall wellness! By practicing gratitude, it helps us see more of what we do have in our lives that brings us joy.
To build on this idea, we have identified a few ways to help you practice gratitude this holiday season!
Option 1: Download, Print, and Share the Gratitude Tree
- Print and write out the five things you are grateful for on the Gratitude Tree.
- Take a picture of you and your printed Gratitude Tree and post on social media.
- List the 5 things you are grateful for in the comments and pledge a $50 gift as a way to give back. You can choose to tag friends/family and invite them to sponsor your donation and participate too!
- Save the FSR Gratitude and Giving logo and post the image of the logo on social media.
- Use the post to share why you are participating in the campaign along with the 5 things you are grateful for.
- Pledge to make a $50 gift for what you are grateful for and invite 5 friends/family to join!
Option 3: Share Photos to Represent Things You are Grateful For
- For five days, post a picture on social media to represent something you are grateful for and pledge to make a $10 gift for each thing you share
- Tag friends and family on Facebook and invite them to join!
