There are approximately 1.2 million people worldwide who wake up each day and face the challenges of living with a rare disease including the symptoms and side effects like overwhelming fatigue, trouble breathing, chest pain, headaches, joint pain, skin lesions and rashes, an overall feeling of sickness, along with other physical and mental symptoms that patients experience living with sarcoidosis.
This April, the sarcoidosis community is breaking the silence and will be uniting together to Say Sarcoidosis! The sarcoidosis community will be using their voice and passion to raise awareness and Say Sarcoidosis to help increase understanding of the disease, accelerate research, and support those living with the physical and mental effects sarcoidosis can have on so many people from all over the world.
The Team Soccer For Sarc 2024 has taken the pledge for Sarcoidosis Awareness Month and will be come together to Say Sarcoidosis!
