In February 2006 our lives were completely changed when my Dad was given six months to live while being diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. Five months later is the first time he was offered his last rights and was far from his last as there is so much unknown about this horrible disease. I have since done what I can to raise awareness and donate money to FSR whenever possible, especially during awareness month in April. I am always grateful for the support I received by those who wear purple along with me throughout the month but I'd also appreciate anyone who'd like to join me in my goal to raise more money for FSR, every little bit helps!
