In May 2014 we lost our mother, Angela M. Nichols Johns, to Sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis continues to rob too many of their lives too soon, particularly African-American women. Those who knew our mother know that she lived her life as a servant. She never had expectations of receiving but was always giving of herself even when suffering from the terminal effects of Sarcoidosis. As an extension of our mother’s life and her to devotion to service, we ask that you join us in honoring her legacy by helping us to advance Sarcoidosis research. With no known cause or cure, thousands continue to suffer and die from Sarcoidosis everyday.

In memory of our mother and those who continue to fight, we are committed to working with the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research to end the suffering from this disease.
