Lady Gloria Ann Hawkins, born August 20, 1955, in Columbus, MS. She made her transition from labor to reward on Thursday, April 23, 2020.

Lady Hawkins was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis over 30 years ago; long before there was an understanding of this disease. Her diagnosis of Sarcoidosis made it difficult for her to recover from COVID-19, Lady Gloria Hawkins succumbed to the deadly COVID virus after 37 days in the hospital on April 23, 2020.

There is no known cause or cure, thousands continue to suffer everyday. In honor of those we lost and those who continue to fight, we will work to end the suffering from this disease.

Lady Gloria Hawkins leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 46 years, Joseph Hawkins, as well as three children, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
