This small donation is in honor of my mother who unexpectedly passed away at 62 years old from pulmonary sarcoidosis complications a year ago. We’re hoping one day, sarcoidosis research will find a cure to prevent and treat this complicated disease!

After battling sarcoidosis for over 20 years, it took her life. It was always a challenge to find any doctors that knew anything about it. The information sharing was not particularly good. Most doctors did not understand the disease or how badly it affected her body. The only thing that really kept her alive was the prednisone.
